Project Background

The Tianjiang Apartment Affordable Rental Housing Improvement and Renovation Project is located in Tianjin Economic and Technological Development Zone. To provide a better living environment, the project will renovate the 84000 square meter idle property of Tianjiang Apartment, comprehensively improving indoor functions, mechanical and electrical system renovation, fire protection renovation, outdoor supporting renovation, and outdoor environmental renovation. After the renovation, more than 1700 blue collar apartments will be provided. After the renovation, public fitness areas and shared kitchen areas will also be added to each floor, further enriching the living functions. Moreover, in the future, Tianjiang Apartments will also incorporate intelligent management facilities to improve management efficiency. According to the plan, the renovation process of this project will be completed by 50% by the end of this year, and all will be completed by the end of the first quarter of next year. The power quality module detects the load current in real-time through an external current transformer CT, and extracts the harmonic component of the load current through internal DSP calculation. Then, it sends a PWM signal to the internal IGBT to control the inverter to generate a current that is equal in size to the load harmonic and opposite in direction, and injects it into the power grid to compensate for the harmonic current, achieving filtering function.
