Project background

The Longguang ASEAN Fresh Food Smart Port Project is located in Nanning Economic and Technological Development Zone, with a planned floor area of about 500000 square meters and a total investment of about 5 billion yuan. It integrates the functions of fresh food collection, processing, warehousing, distribution and industrial Internet, and can provide one-stop services for enterprises in the park. At present, the project construction has entered the final stage of tackling difficulties and will become the first major industrial project completed and put into operation in Nanning International Railway Port. It will play a positive role in boosting the large-scale, standardized and branded development of Guangxi's agriculture, restructuring the fresh food circulation system, improving the competitiveness of fresh food, accelerating the building of Nanning ASEAN international logistics hub, and promoting rural revitalization.

Product application

The project adopts our company's active filter series products, including active filter modules, etc. It is mainly used for harmonic control and reactive compensation. Effectively filter harmonics, ensure stable and reliable operation of power equipment, and protect the green grid.

The HYAPF active filter detects the load current in real time through the external current transformer CT, extracts the harmonic component of the load current through the internal DSP calculation, and then sends the PWM signal to the internal IGBT to control the inverter to generate a current equal to the load harmonic and opposite in direction and inject it into the power grid to compensate the harmonic current, realizing the filtering function.
