On May 6th, Hengyi Electric Group invited Tongle Hospital in Yueqing Development Zone to our company for a health examination activity.
The group has always adhered to the principle of putting people first, valuing the physical and mental health of employees, actively advocating for healthy and civilized work and life, and organizing employees to undergo irregular physical examinations every year. Through physical examinations, employees can timely understand their own health status, establish employee health records, and further improve the employee health guarantee system.
It is reported that in addition to routine examinations, this physical examination pays more attention to the health of employees on the production line, mainly including more than ten examination items such as internal surgery, blood routine, electrocardiogram, and B-ultrasound. Employees who participated in the physical examination arrived at the examination office early on the same day, queued up to receive the examination form, and conducted individual examinations under the guidance of medical staff. The employees who participated in the physical examination expressed that the company's organization of physical examinations is a deep concern for us. Through physical examinations, we can achieve the goal of "early diagnosis, early prevention, and early treatment", allowing us to devote ourselves to various tasks with a full spirit and healthy physique.
In order to do a better job in physical examination, the Group's Party branch and labor union paid a detailed visit to the cooperative hospital in the early stage, strengthened coordination and communication with the hospital's physical examination center, and had a deep understanding of the physical examination team and equipment, providing quality assurance for physical examination activities.
