Hengyi Electric provides green electricity solutions for Wuzhong high-speed railway station

Project Background
The Wuzhong Intercity Railway is an important part of the "Jinglan Corridor" in the national "eight vertical and eight horizontal" high-speed railway network. The project starts from Wuzhong City in the north and runs along the Beijing-Tibet Expressway in the south, passing through Guanma Lake, rolling springs, and crossing the hilly area of Niushou Mountain. Zhongning East Station will be set up in Zhongning County, and Zhongwei South Station will be set up westward along the south bank of the Yellow River via Xuanhe to Zhongwei City. The whole line has Hongsibao North Station, Zhongning East Station, Zhongwei South Station, reserved Guanmahu Station and Xuanhe South Station. The project is connected to Wuzhong Station of Yinxi High-speed Railway in the north, and connects Lingwu, Hedong Airport and Yinchuan along the Yinxi Line to the north. It can reach Shahu, Shizuishan, and Huinong via Baolan Line and Baoyin High-speed Railway under construction. Under construction, Lankezhuan can reach Baiyin and Lanzhou; southward via Baozhong Line, it can reach Guyuan City and Liupanshan Scenic Area.

Applications
This project adopts our company's active filter series products, including active filter modules, etc. Mainly used for harmonic control and reactive power compensation. Effectively filter out harmonics, ensure the stable and reliable operation of power equipment, and escort the green power grid.

2

Active filter product advantages
1. Harmonic compensation: APF can filter out 2~50 harmonics at the same time
2. Reactive power compensation: capacitive sensitivity (-1~ 1) stepless compensation
3. Extremely fast response, instant management
4. Design life is more than 100,000 hours (more than ten years)

3

The HYAPF active filter detects the load current in real time through the external current transformer CT, and calculates through the internal DSP to extract the harmonic components of the load current, and then sends the PWM signal to the internal IGBT to control the inverter to generate a harmonic component of the load. Currents with equal waves and opposite directions are injected into the power grid to compensate for harmonic currents to achieve filtering.
