The autumn charity activity of "Little Love, Light Hope" was initiated by the Party branch and the trade union of Hengyi Electric Group Co., Ltd. On September 16, 2022, the group president Lin Xihong led a delegation of some management personnel of the company to Jindun School in Xixia Township, Yongjia County to carry out paired assistance activities. Located at the source of Nanxi River, Jindun School is known as Xixia Township of "Yongjia Tibet". The average altitude here is 771 meters, the maximum is more than 1200 meters, and it is 110 kilometers away from the county seat. Restricted by traffic, industry and other factors, Xixia Township is a typical economically weak mountain area and old revolutionary base area of Yongjia County.
Jindun School was built in October 1997. It was supported by the Provincial Public Security Department and Xixia Township of Yongjia County. Most of the students were left behind children in the mountains.
During the visit, President Lin Xihong had an in-depth conversation with the help objects and teachers to learn more about the students' learning, family life and practical difficulties. He encouraged the children to maintain a positive learning attitude, change their own and family's destiny with knowledge, cultivate an independent personality, know how to care for others, take responsibility, and have enough psychological energy and confidence to face all difficulties.
