1 Brief introduction and schematic diagram of filtering effect
HYAPF active filter can detect the loaded current in a real time through the external current transformer, extracting the harmonic components of the loaded current calculated by the internal DSP, and then deliver to the internal IGBT through PWM signal. The control inverter will produce current with the same size and opposite direction as the loaded harmonic and inject it into the power grid for compensating harmonic current, thus to filter the functions.
Harmonic compensation: APF can filter two to fifty times of harmonic at the same time.
Reactive power compensation: Capacitive and inductive (from -1 to 1) step-less compensation
Three-phase unbalance compensation: Three-phase active power unbalance compensation, Three-phase reactive power unbalance compensation and phase compensation.
The switching times of semiconductors can be over 10000 times per second, with quick response and instant management.
The designed lifetime can be over than 100 thousand hours (more than ten years).
The power instantly launched by the semiconductors with the same size and opposite direction will be balanced out with the harmonic in the power grid, instantly eliminating the harmonic and protecting the normal working of the electrical system.
